• NEED TRAINING FOR BETTER OPPORTUNITIES?

  • WANT TIME & COST EFFECTIVE PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT FOR YOUR STAFF

  • OR MAYBE A FISCAL SPONSORSHIP COULD HELP!

  • Our goal is "Training for Everyone"

The Learners Lab (TLL), the nations first Charitable Workforce Training & Fiscal Sponsorship Resource Center.

A 15-year dream in the making, The Learners Lab was originally established as a service of ED-Lab Online, another endeavor founded in 2002. Resurrected as it own entity in 2012, TLL remained an all volunteer endeavor, providing free business, training, and operations services, helping young companies get started, and supporting small, young, or new mom & pop operations. The true goal, however, remains focused on closing resource gaps for tax exempt entities, and eliminating workforce training obstacles that simply should not exist for a willing and capable 21st century workforce.

The Learners Lab received its letter of determination in February 2015 and has been granted tax exempt status under IRS Code 501(c)3. TLL is officially recognized by the IRS as a 509(a)(2) Public Charity, with contributions deductible under section 170 of the Code.
TLL is eligible to receive tax deductible bequest, devises, transfers or gifts under section 2055, 2106, or 2522 of the Code. You may inspect the full language of our Letter of Determination at IRS Determination Letter for The Learners Lab (TLL)

We're currently searching for a location that will house several buildings including a classroom-styled training facility, data center/NOC that will house our Virtual Private Library/Lab (VPL) and also serve as an IT engineering training center for network, cyber security and other IT, data center & engineering professionals.

As we work forward to secure a permanent location, we will post updates as progress materializes. Our Mission Statement can be found at TLL Mission Summary and Activities, and we welcome your inspection of our proposed organizational chart at
TLL Org Chart
. It maps out our planned organizational infrastructure, articulates by function how we will achieve our mission and the services to be delivered.
We welcome sponsors, community, private, government, business, industry, and education partnerships to join The Learners Lab and support our goal of establishing the nation's first unrestricted, "One-Stop-Repository" of broad, high quality, workforce training resources.
